To help raise awareness of World Mental Health Day, Craven Community Learning Partnership are working together with the Craven Mental Health and Wellbeing Forum to promote a range of activities which support personal Wellness provided by Community Organisations in the hubs across the Craven Area.
Activities will be popping up Ingleton, Bentham, Skipton, Settle, Grassington and South Craven, where you can learn about and practice one of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing (https://www.mind.org.uk/workplace/mental-health-at-work/taking-care-of-yourself/five-ways-to-wellbeing/):

There will be choirs, learning sessions on stress management, walking for wellness, mindfulness colouring, drop in sessions, opportunities to access the Reading Well – Books on prescription’ at your local library (https://www.northyorks.gov.uk/health-and-wellbeing-resources-your-library), and lots more.
