Knitting for Health and Relaxation, where you will:

  • Learn basic knitting skills – casting on and off, garter and pearl stitches
  • Complete a knitting task
  • Learn the health benefits of knitting

You will have access to your teacher on a weekly basis through Skype, email and Google Classroom as well as the opportunity to contribute to group discussions across the County.
Every session you will be given tasks to complete where instructions and online demonstrations will be provided.

Starting 4th May to 25th May
Every Monday morning for 4 weeks 10:30 – 13:30
Starting 7th May to 28th May
Every Thursday afternoon for 4 weeks 13:00 – 16:00
