Step into Spring – Small Steps to Wellbeing
Starts 8th February 09:30 – 12:30 – every Monday for 3 weeks

During this course you will develop skills to change your mindset into a more positive one.
You will explore the use of existing strengths, coping strategies and learn relaxation techniques to improve your emotional health and wellbeing.
